Host a Food  Drive

Hosting a food drive is an excellent way to support the Reedsburg Area Food Pantry while bringing your neighborhood, business, church, or school community together for a meaningful cause.

Every can, box, and jar collected helps nourish local families, and we’re grateful for your generosity and teamwork.

We welcome all food donations, but please note that we cannot accept items past their expiration or “use by” dates.

Make Your Food Drive Even More Impactful:

It can be especially helpful to choose a theme for your food drive. Because we restock weekly, themed drives allow groups to focus on items we need most.

Here are some ideas that make a big difference:

  • PB & J Drive:
Keeps us supplied with staples like peanut butter and jelly, always high-demand items for families with children.

  • Pasta Night Drive:
Helps restock pasta sauce, spaghetti, egg noodles, elbow macaroni, and canned pasta meals like Chef Boyardee.

  • Breakfast Drive:
We distribute lots of cereal each week. Drives focused on hot and cold cereals, pancake mix, syrup, oatmeal, and coffee are especially helpful.

  • Canned Goods Drive:
A “Can Contest” or themed collection can boost donations of canned vegetables, fruit, soups, tuna, and chicken.

Organizing a food drive is simple, impactful, and brings people together to help neighbors facing food insecurity.
